We are a faith-based ministry that believes in providing opportunities for single parents to thrive. Our team does this by providing training, support, encouragement, and opportunities for education. We realize there are unique circumstances single parent families face and we want to assist every family to become healthy: emotionally, mentally, physically, financially, and spiritually. Our desire is to provide the opportunity for them to live in their God given potential, becoming independent and inspiring parents for future generation!”

At New Life Directions Ministries, we envision a community where single parents are empowered to thrive—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially. We are committed to breaking generational cycles and providing the tools, training, and encouragement needed for single-parent families to move from simply surviving to confidently thriving. Our goal is to create a supportive and faith-filled environment that nurtures transformation, independence, and long-term success for both parents and their children.
ENGAGE single parents by providing hands-on and interactive training programs in housing stability, career development, educational awareness, wellness, and social support.
ENCOURAGE single parents by providing positive reinforcement, emotional support, and constructive feedback throughout their training and transition process.
EMPOWER single parents by providing them with the resources, skills, and knowledge needed to achieve long-term independence and success.
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." - 1 Peter 4:10

Our main hosting space for the community does a lot - sometimes it's a classroom, sometimes it's an art studio, or a choir hall or mock interview space. People and orgs can even apply to rent out this space for their own events, just use the contact us form.

Our Social Case Manager's door is open to help people create a plan and resource team, helping them accomplish their goals. Our center also hosts a "community office" that hosts pop-ups for other services/program registrations,

Our facility hosts 5 classrooms designed for childcare. Currently, we offer child supervision for participants during classes, workshops, and case management meetings. We have partnered with Thrive by 5 to onboard a full-time provider by 2026.

The campus is home to twenty apartments that are reserved for qualified participants (entered in our training courses and meets section 8 requirements). We have one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes on site.

Making each apartment feel like home is a unique process. Some residents come with a lot of furniture, and we help supplement this with vouchers to local thrift store. Other times, our participants move in with nothing. In these cases, God's Design INC collaborates to fully furnish the new home.
