Executive Director 

 With over 30 years of experience in non-profit operations and management, Lisandra’s greatest passions are helping people to live their best lives! A mom of two herself, Lisandra is always ready to invite others to empower the moms of NLDM.

 Rooted in her Christian faith, she believes every person deserves the opportunity to dream, grow, and pursue a life filled with purpose and hope. When she is not working, Lisandra enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, and exploring state parks with her family.

Housing Stability Specialist/Case Manager 

Stacy Polk brings more than 10 years of experience in case management and housing stability support, along with a God-given passion for helping others.  She is committed to connecting families with resources, encouragement, and practical tools to reach sustainable goals while living out her faith through service. Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, trying new foods, and relaxing at home. She is grateful to empower mothers at New Life Directions Ministries to recognize their God-given worth and pursue their goals.

Maintenance Manager

Doug brings more than 40 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance, property operations, and business management to NLDM. 

Doug takes pride in making sure families feel safe and comfortable in their homes. 

Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, farming, family time and spending time in God's creation- outdoors, usually with his favorite playlist playing in the background.

Housing Compliance & Community Partnership Specialist 

Jasmine Moore brings a strong background in patient services, administration, communication, and care, along with strong organizational skills and a heart for serving others. She is committed to supporting housing compliance, building community partnerships, and helping families move toward greater stability and opportunity.

Her Christian faith guides her work through compassion, integrity, and accountability. Jasmine believes in encouraging others to recognize that their current circumstances do not define their future. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and listening to praise and worship music.

 Parenting Education & Behavioral Support Specialist 

Dr. Mae Barker is a doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than 25 years of experience helping children and families address challenging behavior. Her work focuses on empowering parents and caregivers by teaching practical, effective strategies based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. 

At New Life Directions Ministries, Dr. Barker provides parenting classes and behavioral education for mothers, helping parents better understand their children’s behavior and learn positive strategies they can use at home. Her classes support stronger parent-child relationships, effective communication, positive behavior, and greater confidence in parenting.

Dr. Barker is also a parent and brings both professional expertise and a practical understanding of the everyday joys and challenges of raising children.
