Statewide Adoption
Kentucky is one of four states offering RFI courses at no cost to organizations working with students and other citizens, creating standardized delivery and recognition among employers.

Our Ready for Industry (RFI) platform helps our participants explore careers in high-demand industries: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Information Technology, Logistics, and Construction.
Course Structure
RFI courses are self-paced, online, and flexible, focusing on industry insights, career opportunities, current issues, and workplace expectations, rather than teaching technical skills.
Essential Workplace Skills
This online platform and program emphasize key interpersonal skills like collaboration, communication, and prioritization, making our participants more attractive to employers.
NOCTI Assessments
After completing RFI courses, our training participants can take NOCTI assessments to validate their knowledge and earn credentials, enhancing their resumes and job prospects.
